Our Mission is dedicated to providing substance use disorder treatment and related mental health services even if persons served are unable to pay for the cost of services. 

Our vision is that we will provide individualized services that result in long-term elimination of substance use and mental health disorders and improved functioning in all areas of the lives of those we serve. Secondarily, Stepping Stones services will benefit the families and communities of the persons we serve.
