Monarch Canine Rehab saves severely traumatized dogs from being euthanized just because they are scared. The Monarch Pups need more time to recover from whatever resulted in them being in a kill shelter. They are awesome pups that were not adoptable in the short amount of time the animal shelters allow for an adopter to find them. Monarch Pups are never pressured to progress. They are given love, care and a safe haven to recover in their own time.
