Southlake Marketplace manages 5 foodbanks on the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie. We supply over 300 hampers and toys to over 400 local children at Xmas. We help 300 locals per week with extensively reduced food, whilst providing free bread, cakes, fruit, vegetables and frozen gourmet pies. Our emergency food parcels are handed out to locals who are in severe financial difficulty ($50 worth of food for free) Our 2nd program is Community Hair Project, we supply free haircuts to people around Australia. We predominately arrange haircuts for the homeless and women fleeing domestic violence.
