About us
South West Blood Bikes is a charity run entirely by volunteers. We have no paid staff, and make no charge for our services. We are the ONLY Blood Bike service in Devon to be members of the Nationwide Association of Blood Bikes. This means that we have been assessed and found to meet their Membership standards, and that weform part of a Nationwide chain of Blood Bike volunteers stretching across the entire UK and Eire.
The charity is registered with the Charities Commission, registration number 1180510, with HMRC, and holds the Charities Excellence Framework "Trust Mark" which we have achieved for the second year running.
