About us

Second Chance Ministry is an outreach ministry to those in our community who are in immediate need of practical and/or spiritual assistance. Initiated by Mr. Michael J. Rovers, our ministry aims to serve those who are poor, struggling or marginalized from society. We are all volunteers. Nobody gets paid, everyone contributes. We depend on your generosity to continue to offer help and hope.
