Save Westernport Inc. is an independent community group which exists to safeguard Westernport Bay’s critical habitat and encourage responsible economic activity to ensure a healthy environment for all life.” Our Members and supporters are motivated by the urgency of protecting the unique ecological character of Westernport Bay, an accredited Ramsar Wetland of International Importance that is home to many internationally significant mangroves, seagrass, saltmarsh and mudflats habitats, migratory birds and critically endangered native flora and fauna.
