My name is chrispin okumu,i am lead permaculture trainer .i received my PDC certificate in the year 2019 and i am back in my village to give back . my main mission is to improve food security ,soil health, environment conservation and to fight hunger. my village is affected by challenges .i am interested in championing permaculture and food forest project.(5 hacture land) it's a community land .my mission is to involve my community in the food security project. With the mission to promote*Positive food habits for their life*About their natural environment, the seasons, and how to care for gardens & mother land.*Practical skills, from recycling, composting , planting & harvesting.*Life skills, such as cooperating, sharing, critical thinking and leadership.*Practical skills for growing and preparing fresh, seasonal, delicious food*A hub for community engagement as educators, families, students and others from the community come together to share food, learn and have fun* Understanding of the importance of food systems, food security and sustainabilityI am looking anyone who can help .do you know any organization that can support my mission.
