Ruff Start Rescue CIC ™ were formed in early 2019 with one aim - to give every dog the chance to have their day. We work mainly in Romania, finding suitable homes within the UK for many animals, we see daily the awful conditions in which countless dogs are left in Romania. We work hard to ensure every dog under our care gets everything they need, and the home they so desperately want. We work with a few trusted contacts in Romania, taking on new dogs weekly, either puppies found in bags and boxes at the roadside, older dogs left chained up, or taking dogs out of public shelters with kill policies. Please help us to continue our valuable work, which includes for the first time in 2021 a spay campaign with The Nomad Vet Association to help get the message out that spaying and neutering is so important.
