Rowan's Rescue Society is a new nonprofit operating out of Houston BC. We are focused on lowering the feral cat population in Houston and the surrounding areas, as well as rescuing stray and abandoned pets, and providing vet care, warmth and love to prepare these lovely animals for adoptions to their furever homes.

We have successfully adopted out ten cats and one dog so far and am looking forward to all the pets who will be able to receive the medical attention they need and deserve so they can get in to their furever homes! With this grant money it would allow us to set up better housing in the barn for the feral cats, providing them with clean, dry straw and heated bowls, as well as is the garage where the spayed/neutered cats and kittens live, by putting up drywall in there to build more climbing and sleeping areas for them. We are a small, single person ran rescue, but we're got the biggest heart and drive to get these animals the help they deserve!
