RAPTOR Inc., a 501(c)(3), took flight in 1978, powered by a lively flock of community naturalists inspired to protect the hard-earned resources of our community's livability, and our region's vibrant culture. Our community education programs spark curiosity, support life-long learning, and build a deep appreciation for the beauty and science woven into the fabric of Midwest life while we rescue, rehab, and release orphaned, injured, and sick raptors. With every hands-on outreach and face-to-beak encounter, we celebrate how nature shapes the spirit, livability, and culture of our region.
