Proud Animal Lovers Shelter, aka PALS, is a no-kill, state-licensed, 501(C)(3) non-profit organization supported by donations and any grants we are fortunate enough to receive. We began our operation in January 2010 with a small group of dedicated citizens who share a passion for helping animals.
