We believe in helping the public to access low-cost spay and neuter programs. We strive to help those in need by providing animal food and helping with vet bills when our funds allow.We started Orphans of the Storm 41 years ago for helping the public with having their pets spayed and neutered. We will also help with emergencies for sick or injured pets. We also help with pet food.
