The Clearfield County SPCA is a 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals in our community. Our mission is to Give Animals a Better Tomorrow. We work to find displaced animals new and loving homes, as well as educate and serve our community. We have a passion for all animals. Our staff, board members and volunteers are devoted to our cause and love what we do. Each year the Clearfield County SPCA takes in over 2,000 homeless animals. This is an enormous responsibility that we proudly assume with the help of our community. We rely solely on community support through donations, grants, and fundraising efforts. We receive no general government funding and are not part of any national umbrella organization.
