Our mission is to rescue and rehabilitate abandoned, abused, neglected, unwanted animals, including slaughter bound horses. To find suitable homes for adoptable animals and to provide care and a safe haven to animals in need. We concentrate our efforts primarily on old and/or *disabled* horses.Perfect Harmony started in 1994 after we were forced to watch 2 horses starve to death. No matter who we contacted, we received the same answer over and over again: there is nothing we can do. Nobody wanted to help ... Since 1994, we have helped hundreds of animals, especially horses. We work closely with law enforcement on the worst neglect/starvation cases. We are a very small organization and depend heavily on our supporters to help us help horses in need. Sadly, donation are down since Covid and it is getting harder and harder to continue our mission.
