Our Mission: To keep India’s girls in School, One sanitary pad at a time…

 Pennies 4 Pads Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in Texas. Since its founding in 2021, the organization has been dedicated to providing free sanitary pads and menstrual health training to girls in rural India. Menstrual-related health issues remain a major challenge, forcing over 20 million girls to drop out of school every year.
At Pennies 4 Pads, we believe this problem can be solved through consistent, free access to sanitary pads. That’s exactly what we do—delivering free pads every month directly to classrooms, ensuring girls can focus on their education without interruption. The results are remarkable: school absenteeism has dropped to nearly zero in the institutions we serve, and girls are experiencing significant improvements in their health and well-being.
Currently, 34 schools across 8 states in India receive free sanitary pads each month We support  50,000 girls, including 10,000 blind and differently-abled students, who receive essential menstrual care and training. Beyond regular schools, 10 special schools and 3 orphanages are also safeguarded through our "Period Protection" program.
Pennies 4 Pads has become the World's largest sanitary pad donor, donating over 1.5 million pads to girls in need. In addition to providing essential supplies, we also focus on education—training girls in best menstrual practices, coaching parents and teachers on managing period-related mood swings, and educating boys about female biology to eliminate stigma and ignorance. Our Community Outreach Department is led by a medical doctor, ensuring health-related guidance is expert-backed. Our initiatives are overseen by a Program Director with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit work, managing finance and accounting with oversight from a certified CPA to maintain full compliance with industry standards.
At Pennies 4 Pads, our Vision is ambitious yet attainable: to provide 1.5 million pads every year, protecting 150,000 girls from menstrual barriers to education.
