Peaceable Kingdom is a small animal shelter in Whitehall, Pa. Our mission is to provide care, protection and assistance to dogs/cats/rabbits and guinea pigs who are mistreated, injured, abandoned or otherwise in need, and to find them their forever homes. We offer low-cost veterinary spay/neuter surgery to the community and trap-neuter-release(TNR) services to area trappers, in order to help curb the feral cat population. We rescue, rehabilitate and adopt out 700-800 animals a year. We are small and do not receive funding from city/county or state. We rely on charitable donations from the public to help keep our doors open, so that we may continue to help animals in need.
