Each time a person joins our group it signifies their desire to make a difference. Our Program allows them to make a difference with their beloved Pet. Doors open that were once closed to pet therapy, critical care areas now welcome the pets because they know the difference they make in people’s lives. Someone recovering from surgery or a long-term resident in a care facility can benefit from having the pets visit and share their unconditional love. Sharing our precious four-legged angels with so many in need of their unconditional love.     Every year we gain new members through a variety of ways. The internet and Facebook have been invaluable in reaching those miles away. Many have attended an event where we were present, liked our program, believed in our mission, and joined. Our Chapters share our mission with those in need. From visiting hospitals to visiting in assisted living facilities, hospice, etc. our members share their loving pets with those in need. Our Chapters visit facilities ranging from physically and emotionally abused kids, nursing homes to the State Veterans Homes. We also touch many lives through our community outreach program that encompasses school and library programs, Paws To Read, has been incredibly successful and it’s growing daily. Our community outreach program has been accepted with open arms in each community we visit. We are always expanding our programs to meet the needs of each community.
