Symptoms started showing in late July and we had less than a month before our father died. Such a terrible and traumatic time for us all. But you made it easier to bear because of your skills. Your staff were exceptional, all had time to spend, nothing was too much trouble, and everything done with care, kindness, professionalism and love."

North Haven Hospice is so much more than dying, providing care and support to those in our community diagnosed with a terminal condition and not expected to live more than 12 months. We wrap a cloak of care around the dying, their families and whānau to give them control of their living, their dignity, peace and comfort before, during and after a death. We are only partially funded by the government and yet of the over 28,000 charities in NZ, we are the only one who looks after our dying. All funds raised in our community stays in our community.
