NRAR is a registered 501c3 nonprofit animal rescue based in Oak Hill, WV. We have serviced the people and pets of our community for over 20 years through low-cost spay/neuter programs, adoption, and transfer services. Our organization is committed to keeping pets safe, happy and healthy while they wait to be placed in a forever home.
