Mustangs MEND stands for Mindfulness, Empathy, Nurturing, and Dignity for both humans and horses. We create connections that foster healing, resilience, and community well-being. Through rescue and rehabilitation of mustangs and other at-risk horses, we restore health and dignity to the animals in our care.

At the same time, we serve our community by providing educational programs in empathetic stewardship and agricultural practices. Our outreach—particularly to youth—cultivates compassion, leadership, and responsibility, strengthening the bond between people, animals, and the land.
