Munlochy Animal Aid provides a necessary service across the Highlands and Islands in North  of Scotland. We rescue abandoned, unwanted or sick animals and provide the care they need. We help owners during stressful times , caring for pets when an owner is in hospital, prison or suffering any family crisis. We rescue, treat and rehabilitate wild animals and birds. We offer financial assistance for pets in need of veterinary care when owners are struggling financially. We provide a free or assisted neutering service. To enable us to do this work we have to raise the funds with which to do it. This is quite difficult and with out grants and legacies we would not be in a position to carry on our work. The area we cover is very large and widespread which makes fundraising slightly more difficult. Munlochy Animal Aid also gives pet food to three food banks in Highland which is proving very useful and popular as we have some poor areas to cover, where unemployment is high.
