Mums4Mums provides practical, emotional and social respite and support to mums with babies and children up to 2-years. Supporting mum and baby through the first 1000+-days. From a grassroots organization in February 2020 a full charity we have been supporting mums and babies in their homes with volunteers providing peer support and improving the competence and confidence of mums and improving health and well-being outcomes for babies. It's an important maternal mental health initiative. There are many amazing mums in your community who are struggling due to lack of family and friendship supports, fleeing domestic violence, underage, new immigrant, recovering from a birth trauma or struggling with post-natal depletion or depression.
