Multiple Sclerosis New Zealand (MSNZ) is a national charity dedicated to improving the lives of over 5,000 New Zealanders affected by multiple sclerosis (MS), a lifelong, unpredictable neurological condition.

Since 1967, we've provided national leadership, advocacy, education, and trusted information to empower those living with MS, their whānau, and carers.

Working with 18 member organisations to meet the needs of people impacted by multiple sclerosis, those diagnosed, their families, whānau and carers across Aotearoa. MSNZ provides support, information, operational and educational resources, and training opportunities to our member organisations who provide community-led services for people living with MS locally.

We promote internationally recognised brain health strategies and encourage positive lifestyle changes that can help manage symptoms and improve long-term wellbeing. Our goal is to ensure everyone affected by MS has access to consistent, evidence-based support and the knowledge to live well with their condition.
