Our charity is a small charity with less than fifteen volunteers. We cover all of Calderdale. Our aim is to end child poverty. We receive referrals from professional people for any one in difficulties. A lot of cases of leaving violent relationships, abusive relationships. Single mums not coping with cost of living increases. We also get asked to assist with asylum seekers. We supply free of charge everything a baby requires. We cloth children from prem baby to 18 years old. All our stock is what people have donated to us. The largest single activity we perform is our Christmas present appeal where again professionals send names and ages of children that need help. We give out small trees to businesses that help us with tickets on the branches with age and sex of the recipient. In the last three years in total we have helped one thousand children.
