Services include:

Community Education Program: A unique and powerful presentation that helps people in the community to understand the nature and prevalence of chronic and severe mental illness.

Family Support: Provides family support group meetings. The family support group meetings provide a caring, supportive environment for families and friends impacted by mental illness. The meetings are devoted to sharing stories and ways to cope with mental illnesses. Please check the website for current times and to sign-up. Support groups run year-round.

Family Education: A free education program taught my caregivers with lived experience specifically for Canadians. It is a designated evidence-based program, with research demonstrating that participants have significantly improved coping and problem-solving abilities.  It includes presentations, discussion times, and interactive exercises.
