Since 1999 ME/CFS Australia has been the peak body for ME/CFS in Australia. The organisation provides representation for all people with ME/CFS, their carers and families at a State and national level. ME/CFS prioritises advocacy with respect to research funding, the NDIS, welfare, Royal Commissions and inquiries relevant to ME/CFS. The organisation provides consumer representation within research and a voice within various national and state disability organisations. We are an organisation purely funded by way of fundraising and donations, and run by volunteers who primarily have the condition. Donations will assist us to continue to provide effective consumer voices for people with ME/CFS.
