Maasai Girls Fund's mission is to end Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and forced child marriage among the Maasai tribe of Kenya, with a focus on the Amboseli region. We send girls to highly-rated boarding schools where they learn English and Swahili, the two necessary languages of Kenya (which they do not speak at home). We also help their home villages with emergency aid and basic needs like clean water, sanitation, and solar power.
