LAUNCH was born in 2021 to support and guide young men, primarily from father-absent homes. We won the Community Champions Award for Organizations in Virginia, nominated by Juvenile Detention.  

Our group mentoring programs are unique relative to 1:1 or school-based programs. Our mentees engage in a variety of curated events alongside a diverse group of positive male role models, challenge themselves, gain confidence, realize their potential and self-worth, and cultivate the same in others in their communities.
