Indian Summers Border Collie Rescue/Shelter, Cancer research center is a program service of The Ohio American Indian Council, Inc., a 501(c)3 Non Profit Incorporated Organization in the State of Ohio since 1982. Our mission is to "Save One Precious Life At A Time". We are an all volunteer NO KILL Mandatory Spay/Neuter Rescue/Shelter for Border Collies and Cancer research for all.
