About us
Altered Tails Project is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing financial assistance for the spaying/neutering of companion animals in low income households. In addition, we fund TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) projects within Stark County to help curve the overpopulation of feral free-roaming cats.
