Faithful Forgotten Best Friends is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization built on all volunteers; we don’t have any paid personnel. We are focused on improving the quality of life for the pets of Franklin County’s underserved and vulnerable (homeless, senior citizens, veterans, etc.) who meet our low income guidelines. We educate their owners and provide pet food, basic wellness veterinary care (e.g. vaccinations, microchipping, heartworm/flea preventative, and other minor procedures that can be performed in a clinic setting), and assistance with spay and neuter of their pets. When we started this organization, we were the only non-profit in the Midwest that was focusing on this need. Now it is our hope that our program will continue to be a gold standard that other organizations compare themselves against.
