By making charity cool & fun, ICANIWILL implement Mentor Programs in schools and strive to maximise human potential for all children involved. Influencing senior students to volunteer to mentor children with special needs and any other children struggling socially. Building character & overcoming bullying to bridge social indifferences and improve school culture to eradicate bullying and discrimination. Our programs are focused on developing long term relationships that will change the dynamics of our entire society and it's culture. This is the way we will lower the homeless rate, as 60% of Australia's Homeless have special needs. Which is a direct result of more than 80% of people with special needs don't feel like they can fit in, which starts at a school level. Our mentor program will also be giving the HR Managers, CEO's and Management Staff of tomorrow a greater exposure to people with special needs at a young age and influence a greater bond that will carry on throughout life and bridge the alarming gap we have now.
