Horseracing Wrongs is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. 

Our mission is to end the cruel horseracing industry through grassroots advocacy. We believe that the use of horses for entertainment and profit is unethical and inhumane, and we are committed to working toward a future where all horses are treated with dignity and respect.

We work to educate the public about the many ways in which the horseracing industry abuses - from forcible separation, to intensive confinement and isolation, to drugging and doping, to buying and selling, to whipping - and kills: about six horses die at U.S. tracks every single day. Through outreach and community engagement, we are building a broad-based movement that brings together individuals and organizations from diverse backgrounds. We believe that together we can create a more just and compassionate world for horses - and all animals.
