For more than 40 years, HomeSafe has provided support and protection to South Florida’s most vulnerable residents – victims of child abuse and domestic violence. We believe that despite the trauma, despite the abuse - no matter what they've suffered, through no fault of their own - THEY'RE STILL JUST KIDS. Our key programs are HEALTHY BEGINNINGS, our early intervention program that ensures young children get a healthy start in life and are ready for kindergarten; our RESIDENTIAL GROUP CARE PROGRAM designed to provide safe housing and individualized therapy for children, ages 7 - 17, who have experienced significant physical, emotional and sexual abuse; HOMESAFE at POND PLACE, our independent living program for young adults who have “aged out” of foster care; and SAFETYNET, our domestic violence prevention and intervention program.
