Holy Family Services is the longest licensed free standing birth center in Texas located in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley. HFS is the only nonprofit birth center and women's health clinic in the RGV with services rendered by Certified Nurse Midwives!

Our strongest focus lies in honoring and protecting the natural processes of pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding, while preserving and respecting individuality, human dignity, and cultural variation.

Holy Family provides care for families during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. We offer a combination of prenatal, birth and postpartum care, in addition to well-woman care outside of pregnancy. Some of our unique offerings include: water birth, postpartum home visits, and newborn care.
