The FCCOV is based in Lone Pine, California, and we are committed to reducing the feral cat population of the Owens Valley. We provide TNR services and foster care, and we will cover expenses for feline pet owners who need a little help. We also rescue and foster feral kittens so that they have a chance at a forever home. Through education and an aggressive TNR campaign we are making a difference in the lives of feral cats and benefitting our community one feral cat at a time.
