Located in Challis (Custer County) Idaho, Heart of Idaho Animal Sanctuary’s mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, find permanent homes for, and make every reasonable effort to offer permanent residence to animals in need. We will be a voice of advocacy and education for animal welfare, humane treatment, and population control. We hope to encourage compassion for animals through our work.
