Located in Challis (Custer County) Idaho, ​Heart of Idaho Animal Sanctuary’s mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, find permanent homes for, and make every reasonable effort to offer permanent residence to animals in need. We will be a voice of advocacy and education for animal welfare, humane treatment, and population control. We hope to encourage compassion for animals through our work.
