Camp Barry is an all-volunteer-based 501(c)(3) non-profit located in Crescent City, California. We specialize in taking litters of unwanted, neglected, and abandoned puppies, along with owner surrenders. We have also pulled older medical dogs and puppies from our local pound, providing a safe space for each dog to stay and decompress until adoption day. To us, it doesn't matter where they come from or how long they will spend with us; all we know is they NEED and DESERVE a safe, loving, and nurturing environment until they can find a forever home. We work on social skills, positive reinforcement, manners, and functional obedience, setting each dog/pup up for success and teaching them skills that they can take with them when they are adopted into their forever families. Every dog/puppy is spayed/neutered and up to date on shots, flea treatment, and wormed before adoption. We have helped 97 dogs stay in their homes and with their families! This is achieved through training, fencing solutions, helping with food, vaccinations, and flea treatment.We have saved hundreds of dogs and puppies since we began our mission in January 2018! None of this is possible without your support; we survive off of donations and we truly appreciate all your support!
