Friends of Gilmer Animal Shelter, Inc. (FOGAS) is a Georgia, non-profit, tax exempt, 501(c)3, all volunteer organization. The purpose of the organization is to raise funds to promote resources and services to reduce the suffering of unwanted pets through community programs. FOGAS provides this through memberships, donations and fund-raising activities.
