About us

Cat Utopia is a 501c3 organization dedicated to reducing the numbers of unwanted cats in Umatilla county in eastern Oregon. We work on this goal with a Trap Neuter Return program, assisting owners in getting spay/neuter services, and finding homes for cats and kittens in our foster program.
