Billie’s beautiful way of being and incredible spirit inspired a legacy, and with a play on her name, the flyhighbillie charity now trades as the b kinder foundation. The b kinder foundation’s initiatives and programs are a proactive and positive approach to addressing mental health issues, bullying and suicide. b kinder’s unique, positive programs and resources initiate discussions surrounding emotions that can be difficult for the young to communicate and empower children with a tool set of skills and strategies to help them develop an enriched sense of wellbeing, belonging and self-esteem. Billie’s words and artworks are the cornerstone of the b kinder workbooks. With over 500 paired sets of data from an independent organisation evaluating statistical subjective wellbeing, evidence shows that students who practice pro-social behaviours through b kinder benefit from improved wellbeing outcomes When b kinder talks about the impact of kindness, it's not just about soft gestures; it's about shifting attitudes, systems, and the way we value each other.
