Family Connections Center's mission is to empower and support youth and young adults, families, and domestic violence survivors in overcoming obstacles by providing housing, supportive services, access to mental and physical well-being, connection to community, education and workforce development, and advocacy, ultimately leading to independence.  Family Connections Center has 12 transitional housing units for youth 16-24, 12 transitional housing units for survivors, supports over 150 youth and families per year with rapid rehousing programs supporting clients into their own homes to prevent housing insecurity.
