The charity was founded in 2010 following the tragic death of Adam Rogers. Adam was killed by a single punch, whilst making his way home after a night out. Adam tried to help a 16 year old boy walk away from a fight when he was punched and later died. Adam was a kind and gentle young man with a bright future who became an unnecessary statistic. Since Adam’s death the aim of the charity is to educate young people in schools, young offenders institutes and prisons, by highlighting the life changing impact that one punch assaults can have on victims and offenders. 

The charity has created educational packs for all school ages and includes university students. Their educational programs inform students of the dangers of street fights and the potential consequences for all involved.
