Emergency Services and Homeless Coalition of St Johns County has 23 affordable single-family homes for vulnerable homeless families living in St Johns County. We provide both Transitional and Permanent Housing along with much-needed supportive services to help families develop sustainable self-sufficiency skills. The program includes case management, budgeting & goal setting, children's programs, resume writing and job search and much more.

We also provide a food pantry, toiletry items and clothing donations to the poverty stricken community.
