Where Love Grows mission is to end hunger for children and families as we make love grow.

 Since our first event on January 15th, 2013, Where Love Grows has provided over 45,000 hot meals to the most in need children living with food insecurity.  All of our meals are intentionally served family style to help strengthen bonds within families and our community. We've been able to triple parental involvement at a local elementary school, helping to improve the school's academic grade. We are now in three more schools striving to duplicate this success!  After feeding children for a year, we were inspired by the proverb, "Feed a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach him to fish, he eats for a lifetime." Cooking was the obvious next step. We've hosted over 2500 children through our Mobile Cooking Program during 8,000+ hours of basic culinary lessons. We bring everything needed for a successful, hands-on experience. A class favorite is our Lasagna recipe, where each student gets to take home a full tray of Lasagna to feed their families.
