The Durga Wildlife Fund is a U.S. 501(C)(3) non-profit charity based in Chapel Hill North Carolina.
We are dedicated to fostering empathy, compassion, and respect for nature.
Our motto is:

We support and implements small-scale, well-focused programs that respect and involve local populations in order to create sustainable solutions to save endangered species and care for animals in need.
We currently have programs in India, Indonesia, Thailand, Zimbabwe, and in the U.S.
We are working with the Forest Departments in Sariska, Ranthambore, and Gir to protect endangered tigers and lions.
