Compassion Pregnancy Center is a medical pregnancy resource center, providing all of our services at no cost to our clients since 1992 with no health insurance needed. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit and all donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

We are a medical pregnancy resource center offering: no-cost pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, equipping and education on fetal development, early prenatal care for our most at-risk women, working with our Medical Director (an award-winning OB-GYN) on abortion pill reversal, equipping in parenting for women and men, healthy relationships, post-abortion healing and support, Bible study, and much more.

Our clients earn “Baby Bucks” to use in our Baby Boutique. The program restores dignity as they provide for their own child throughout the process of becoming better equipped to parent and draw closer to Jesus.

Compassion Pregnancy Center, and all that we do and are, have Jesus Christ as our foundation. We are a life-affirming ministry sharing the Gospel and providing women and men positive choices based on the truth found in the Bible.

We have a small paid staff and many, many more volunteers who are the lifeblood of providing this wide variety of services, support, and love to women, men, and babies in the metro-Detroit area and beyond.
