Neythri, pronounced “nay-three,” describes a female leader, guide, and a shining light in Sanskrit. It’s these qualities of leadership and empowerment that we hope to foster and develop through the Neythri community. We created the Neythri community to engage and advance a global community of South Asian professional women of all backgrounds and experience who are committed to helping each other succeed. Since our launch in March 2020, Neythri has quickly grown from the small gatherings in our living rooms to a vibrant, global community of 3000+ amazing South Asian professional women of diverse backgrounds and professional experience coming together to forge connections, share, support, and learn from each other.
