Rise (Community Action Service Center, Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Hightstown and East Windsor, New Jersey, for more than 58 years. Rise empowers local families and individuals to rise above challenges through compassion, connection, and community action.

Our comprehensive programs include the Rise Choice Pantry, providing fresh, nutritious food and essential supplies; the Rise Thrift Store, a social enterprise supporting sustainability and workforce development; case management linking families to critical resources like housing, healthcare, and childcare; and youth and community programs that foster education, leadership, and belonging.
