Vote for Children's Cancer Research Fund (also known as Friends of Rosie) to share £70,000 this Grants Round.

About us
The Children’s Cancer Research Fund, formerly known as Friends of Rosie, was established in 1991. Since then, we have maintained our core aim - to fund life-changing and life-saving research that helps children with cancer survive and thrive. Our grants enable new and promising research projects to get off the ground and uncover the first steps of ground-breaking treatments with a focus on the rarer childhood cancers. Without our initial investment, many innovative and vital research ideas that could improve the treatment and prognosis for children with cancer will languish.
Since 1991, we have funnelled almost £3 million into 28 research projects. While the survival and mortality rates of childhood cancers have improved in the last 20 years, there is still much to do. For those who do survive, the treatments are often damaging, cause detrimental side effects in later life, and in some cases, are ineffective.Your support will be instrumental in advancing promising scientific progress - giving children with cancer not just the chance to survive, but the opportunity to thrive and live full, healthy lives.
